My cat slipped his collar after a couple of days of using it, and for whatever reason we were unable to locate the collar via radio signal or GPS shortly after he came back home that day. We connected the receiver to a personal hotspot and went searching around the last known location and still nothing. The app is great when it works however. I contacted customer service and within a couple of days they've already confirmed they're sending out a replacement. Obviously they didn't have to do this so I'm very appreciative of the assistance.
