Peace of Mind is so important

Firstly, I must start by saying how delighted we are with the new PetTracer collar for our cat Sonny. Sonny was shot in October 2025 and suffered a badly broken leg as well as shotgun wounds - we’re lucky he survived, although it was nearly a week after the shooting that he eventually made it home. Following 7 weeks of cage confinement, then a further 3 weeks of house confinement, he is now able to roam about as he wishes, albeit with a limp! During his recovery, we decided we would only let him free if we knew where he was. We invested in the PetTracer collar and he wears it all the time (except for when the collar is being recharged). It has given us peace of mind, knowing he can be tracked, but has also alarmed us to find out just how far he travels every night!

A week ago my cat didn't come home which was very unlike him. It was the first time he went missing and I new instinctively something was wrong. I contacted pettracer and the customer service was amazing. After making the home station mobile I was able to track my cat to his exact position. He had been hit by a car and suffered a broken leg. I am so grateful for this tracker, I wouldn't have been able to find him and get him to the vet without it. Thank you to all at pettracer for your help and concern for Walter. He is doing really well and will make a full recovery.

Cat lost the collar.

My cat slipped his collar after a couple of days of using it, and for whatever reason we were unable to locate the collar via radio signal or GPS shortly after he came back home that day. We connected the receiver to a personal hotspot and went searching around the last known location and still nothing. The app is great when it works however. I contacted customer service and within a couple of days they've already confirmed they're sending out a replacement. Obviously they didn't have to do this so I'm very appreciative of the assistance. Thank you, James!

Having lost four cats over the decades

Having lost four cats over the decades, with the remains of only one found, I decided to get tracking collars for my two kittens. After extensive research, I chose Pet Tracer. Firstly because it uses GPS and radio, so effective outdoors and if in buildings. Secondly, because of the lightweight compact design. Having benefitted from them for months now, it was an excellent choice. I always know where my boys are. I know where to find them if they are out after curfew. I found them both stuck on an outbuilding roof (3 times!). I retrieved Scampi when he had crossed the lane into a field. I am a member of local Facebook groups, and frequently see photos posted for missing cats. When I looked at the cost, I thought 'Would I wish I have paid if one of my kittens was missing?' My answer was 'Yes, double.' I thoroughly recommend these collars for your pet's safety and your peace of mind.

Fantastic customer service

I was very happy using PetTracer for my two cats as it gave me peace of mind knowing where they were when they were out and about. Unfortunately due to allergies I had to rehome them and Anna Miller at customer services was fantastic. I returned the collars and I immediately had my subscription cancelled and a refund of payments made while my kit was in transit. Can’t fault PetTracer and I’d definitely recommend.

The collar is lightweight

The collar is lightweight, isn't bulky and my cat has no issues wearing it. The app is easy to use and I can see where her territory is very clearly. Support has always been helpful if there are any issues or when ordering new items. I'd definitely recommend the collar
