They refused to refund me even though the shipment was held up at customs, as it came from China and then was sent back to China from Los Angeles customs. I’ve shown Petyfy proof and they are refusing to refund me and just respond to me with just wait for the product that I will love it. They don’t comprehend that the shipment was not approved and that it’s on the way back to them that they’re able to even verify that with the tracking number. They are playing dumb.
