Difficulties with new vehicle paint issue.

I bought a new vehicle recently and soon noticed a minor paint flaw. While this isn't a major problem, the way the company has handled it has been frustrating. After reaching out to the dealership, they acknowledged the need for warranty repairs and referred me to a local garage, which unfortunately had no availability until late January. When I contacted the company for assistance, the initial representative offered an alternate garage that's quite far away and required paperwork from the sales garage, complicating matters. I was left waiting for a callback after they promised to escalate my case, but weeks have passed with no response. It's disheartening to have to keep following up without any resolution or clarity on the next steps.
