Frustrating experience with the service booking

I scheduled an appointment for my motorhome through the call center due to an urgent recall and an oil light issue, and decided to include a service. Upon arriving at the assigned dealership, which turned out to be a different brand, I checked in and confirmed my booking was in their system. However, I was informed that they couldn't handle Peugeot recalls as they lacked the necessary system for cost claims. Additionally, they couldn't service my vehicle because they didn't have the required lifting equipment. Despite my complaints, I have yet to hear back from the company. This situation involved two people, two vehicles, and a four-hour round trip (as the motorhome was in storage), along with fuel costs for both. I am extremely disappointed and now my motorhome is not ready for my use in January. The call center representative clearly needs better training.

Having been a member for years, I used to have no trouble with my password. Now, when I try to reset it, the system won't accept my new choices, claiming they're "not suitable". Come on, company!

I bought a new vehicle recently and soon noticed a minor paint flaw. While this isn't a major problem, the way the company has handled it has been frustrating. After reaching out to the dealership, they acknowledged the need for warranty repairs and referred me to a local garage, which unfortunately had no availability until late January. When I contacted the company for assistance, the initial representative offered an alternate garage that's quite far away and required paperwork from the sales garage, complicating matters. I was left waiting for a callback after they promised to escalate my case, but weeks have passed with no response. It's disheartening to have to keep following up without any resolution or clarity on the next steps.

Poor service experience with vehicle purchase.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service after purchasing a new vehicle. While they were quick to take my money, their follow-up when issues arose was lacking. I ordered a dog guard to be installed but was charged excessively for a poorly fitted product that wasn't even the correct type. After reaching out for support, I was told my concerns would be addressed, but there was no follow-up or timeline provided. I had to keep contacting customer service, only to find they had lost my registration details. I wouldn't recommend this company based on my experience.

Consistent issues with new vehicles.

Every new vehicle we have purchased has come with significant issues. Customer support has been disappointing, and recalls now seem to involve makeshift fixes. The vehicles spend more time in the shop than on the road. We are transitioning to a different brand that has proven to be more reliable. I would advise avoiding this company.

Frustrating experience with warranty claims.

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare! After a cam belt failure on my vehicle, which I paid to repair, I later received a notice that it was a recall issue. Despite numerous attempts to get reimbursement, I've been consistently met with delays and unhelpful responses. Their online claim system is ineffective, and the overall customer service has been the worst I’ve encountered.

Disappointing response to timing belt issue.

I'm very disappointed with the company's handling of my situation. My vehicle, which has low mileage and a full service history, experienced a premature timing belt failure. They refused to offer any assistance, stating the replacement timeline was not met, even though the mileage was well below the limit. The customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer. I have lost all trust in this company and would not recommend their vehicles.

Regret purchasing this vehicle.
