That's generous. Bought a car from one of there dealerships and cost me over 7 grand to repair. Made a complaint to them and they did nothing. Absolute disgrace of a company and a car
I scheduled an appointment for my motorhome through the call center due to an urgent recall and an oil light issue, and decided to include a service. Upon arriving at the assigned dealership, which turned out to be a different brand, I checked in and confirmed my booking was in their system. However, I was informed that they couldn't handle Peugeot recalls as they lacked the necessary system for cost claims. Additionally, they couldn't service my vehicle because they didn't have the required lifting equipment. Despite my complaints, I have yet to hear back from the company. This situation involved two people, two vehicles, and a four-hour round trip (as the motorhome was in storage), along with fuel costs for both. I am extremely disappointed and now my motorhome is not ready for my use in January. The call center representative clearly needs better training.
