I am very let down by my experience. I returned my order correctly and provided proof of shipment, including tracking information. Despite this, I am being blamed for the item arriving incomplete, which is not my fault under consumer law. Instead of helping, they just demanded I pay for the entire order again. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism. I expected better from a premium brand.
