I want to share my experience with a recent purchase of a thin knitted jacket. I wore it once as an under-layer and it developed a hole in the front. Ironically, I had a winter coat over it at the time. The support team provided no assistance, just a generic response blaming me. The quality of the knitwear is poor, despite a high price point of around £250. If you seek good quality and customer service, I would advise against this option. The numerous negative reviews speak for themselves.

I purchased a jacket last year for a high price and have been very unhappy since I started wearing it. Firstly, it doesn't keep me warm as advertised, and secondly, the zipper keeps getting stuck. I can't resolve the zipper issue, and now I'm left without a winter coat. Even cheaper jackets haven't given me this problem. I will warn others against this brand.
After 3 years, the filling of the jacket is uneven, which is disappointing for a product costing over €700. Many others seem to have similar quality issues, and the manufacturer is not accommodating after the warranty period. If you charge high prices, customers expect high quality. This is not what I anticipated from a premium brand.

Despite this, I am being blamed for the item arriving incomplete, which is not my fault under consumer law. Instead of helping, they just demanded I pay for the entire order again. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism. I expected better from a premium brand.

The Easy Return option initially failed, but customer care eventually resolved it and sent a returns label. However, I was charged a customs fee on returns, which was surprising. I've reached out multiple times for clarification but have yet to receive a satisfactory response. This experience has been extremely frustrating.
