I wanted to return trainers due to sizing issues, as they were at least 2 sizes too big, which is unacceptable for a premium brand. The Easy Return option initially failed, but customer care eventually resolved it and sent a returns label. However, I was charged a customs fee on returns, which was surprising. I've reached out multiple times for clarification but have yet to receive a satisfactory response. This experience has been extremely frustrating.
