We phoned on a Monday, and the estate agents visited the next day, taking the time to gather all information about the property and what we hoped to achieve. Advised us on improvement to make the property more appealing to buyers and not to do other things . Saving us time and money doing unnecessary work. Very friendly, professional, helpful, and saving everyone time by gathering all the information in one visit.The property sales information and photo were to a high standard. They advertised the property properly to attract all potential buyer's.It took them 24 hours to get an offer for the full asking price. But they advised that we let other interested people view the property and pick the best buyer after one week . As a result, we got over the asking price. PFK did all the viewings and negotiations.Unlike their competitors, they work Saturdays, and our buyer could only view the property on Saturday.Our property went on the market on the 9th of October, and we exchanged contracts on the 7th of December to complete on the 12th of December. The team put the time and effort into finding the best buyer , at the best price, doing all they could to ensure that buyers are definitely going to buy the property. We are Very happy customers and very pleased we did not go with a competitor , who like to say , "sold in a day" , doesn't work Saturday and visited the property to tell us how busy they are, so busy they didn't ask questions about the house ...
