I am dealing with multiple estate agents in the area due to relocating and others are either too busy or give the impression they don't care/are not helpful whereas my experience with Jenny is so personable. She understands how big a deal buying a new house is and really whats to help you find something that will suit your needs/make you happy rather than "a sale".

I have no hesitation in recommending PFK Penrith to other sellers. They marketed the house really well, with lots of viewers. I felt that I was in really good hands when negotiating decisions about offers and the many tricky aspects of selling the house. I really appreciated having someone allocated to support and advise me, Rebecca was always supportive and clearly had lots of expertise and Kat was the same for me in Rebecca's absence. We had the lovely Rebecca helping us along with our sale and purchase. Safe to say its been a rocky journey from start to finish but we finally got there and are moving into our dream home in time for Christmas. If it wasn't for Rebecca we certainly wouldn't be where are now getting ready to move. To say she went above and beyond for us is an understatement.
