This was in no way a straight forward sale, there were various issues / difficulties throughout the process due to the chain (which is a common occurrence) however I think had I have sold this house privately / through a agent who does not offer after care I would have been a further 6 months of completion. My house was viewed, valued and on the market within 2 days of booking the appointment (at my wish) I had over 20 viewings scheduled within the first 5 days of my house being on the market and it was sold (STC) within 2 weeks. When the difficulties of the sale began aside from my solicitor dealing with these the agent chased these through, progress chased, dealt with queries and looked to resolve matters as quick as humanly possible to prevent further delays. I had regular updates and if I had any questions, guidance and support offered. All in all a service I couldn’t fault.
