The property we bought in Carlisle was being sold through PFK. Due to delays with the chain we ended up having to deal with the PFK Branch Manager. This very officious individual decided to interfere with the excellent service being provided by our Scottish estate agent, by sending in a complaint about them. Luckily she was told where to go as qualified solicitors were dealing with the various transaction. A senior PFK manager phoned to apologise and confirmed the Branch Manager would no longer be dealing with our estate agent. During the house buying process, due to the way the Branch Manager spoke to me we walked away from the property sale but fortunately she phoned the next day, with a semi-grovelling tone. No doubt the sellers of the property were not pleased with her approach.
