Reached out to customer service to initiate a return within the timeframe allowed by the policy. Customer service took over a week to provide me with information. I had to email several times to get an answer that addressed my concern. Ultimately, they told me “you will need to pay for a very expensive shipping fee, which is not cost-effective for you” and said they would offer me a $30 refund (on a $120) product and told me to keep the product. If you want to buy from this company, buy from their Amazon storefront to avoid the poor customer service.
