Disappointing experience with my order

I ordered a camera backpack with the intention of using it for an upcoming trip. After nearly a week, I had received no updates regarding its shipping status. It wasn't until I reached out via email that I learned the backpack hadn't shipped yet due to high order volumes. Eventually, the package arrived over two weeks later, just as I was traveling, forcing me to return it. I had to cover the return shipping cost (€30), as per their policy. Initially, they proposed a €15 refund if I kept the backpack, and when I declined, they increased the offer to $45. Given my negative initial experience, I decided to return the backpack, as it was uncomfortable and cumbersome to use. It took a month to resolve everything, and while I eventually received my refund, I still lost €30 on return shipping fees, which are the buyer's responsibility. Regrettably, I won't be purchasing from this brand again.

Outstanding customer support

I purchased a phone photography stand and a small case from them. The quality is excellent, and I've used the stand frequently for a year, often with rough handling. I only faced an issue recently when the stand started sliding down when extended. I contacted their customer service and sent a quick video; they promptly sent me a new one. I’m very impressed with their professionalism and will definitely shop with them again.

Excellent email support

I ordered a camera strap to Slovakia, expecting it to arrive within days. However, there was a delivery issue; no delivery service contacted me, and my order was returned. I had a tracking number and reached out to the support team, who responded within hours. They resent my order. Although there was another delivery issue, I resolved it with the carrier, and everything turned out well. I’m satisfied with the product.
