This has been the most frustrating ecommerce experience I've ever had. I spent 3 hours on hold after calling multiple numbers to reach them, only to discover that the contact number provided was for a different service, and they were unable to assist me with my pharmacy issue. To top it off, they didn't even provide a refund for their error.
