Extremely Disappointed with the Service!

The service has been a complete letdown! I used to have a reliable experience for years, but after the transition to this new platform, everything changed. Each month, my orders were incorrect, with essential medications missing or removed. They failed to provide a reasonable explanation for taking away my critical medications for conditions like diabetes and heart issues. I've decided to cancel my account and switch to another provider. Even my local pharmacist advised me against using this service, which was solid advice.

Terrible ecommerce experience with no resolution.

This has been the most frustrating ecommerce experience I've ever had. I spent 3 hours on hold after calling multiple numbers to reach them, only to discover that the contact number provided was for a different service, and they were unable to assist me with my pharmacy issue. To top it off, they didn't even provide a refund for their error.

Disappointing experience with the pharmacy service

This pharmacy service deserves little to no stars. Setting up two accounts for adults in the same home is a frustrating experience. The constant need to receive verification codes via cell phone is tedious. It's surprising how outdated the technology feels for a company that markets itself as a tech leader. Ultimately, after spending 20 minutes with a representative who seemed unaware of the pharmacy's signup process, we decided to look elsewhere. We found the same medication at a better price from another provider.

Absolutely disappointing experience...

Absolutely disappointing experience... they assured me of same-day delivery for a prescription that was out of stock. The automated support system had no clue about the problem and continued to guarantee timely delivery. After waiting for thirty minutes to speak with an unhelpful representative in customer service, I was left with no choice but to cancel my order. This was meant to be a hassle-free process.

Terrible experience. Time wasted and much frustration

Not worth a single star… promised same-day delivery for a prescription they didn't even have in stock. The AI support was completely oblivious to the problem and kept assuring me my order would arrive on time. I waited for half an hour to speak with a rude representative in customer service who only offered me the option to cancel my order. This was supposed to be a convenient experience.

PillPack's quality has declined since the takeover

A company that once packaged my pills conveniently has now seen its customer service deteriorate significantly since being acquired. My orders keep getting messed up, and they claim there's nothing they can do. I chose PillPack for its specialized packaging, yet I frequently receive pill bottles instead of the packets I pay for. They don't notify me of changes to my orders, and despite assurances, I end up with incorrect items. This service is frustrating and unreliable.

Transitioning to this service was a mistake

I switched my prescription to save about $100, but when I tried to refill, I found it was marked as 'discontinued'. I had to dig for answers and ultimately had to get a new prescription and return to my previous provider, incurring extra costs. This move was not worth it, and I won't be switching again.

Frustrating delays with medication

I experienced endless delays in receiving my asthma medication. A pharmacist assured me it was available in a different dosage, but despite my doctor’s authorization, there were still complications. Amazon kept claiming they hadn't received the prescription, which is hard to believe since a verbal prescription should suffice. Their refusal to admit stock issues only complicates matters further.

Never again

Absolutely never again. I reached out for medication for a UTI, and while the prescription was written, I had no information on how to actually obtain it. I waited hours to realize I needed to request it from a separate entity for delivery. By the time I figured it out, it was too late for timely delivery. I have a low-grade fever and am in pain while waiting. This company needs to better inform users about their process and tracking.
