When ordering medication they advise orders take 2-3 days, then you get an email saying its taking up to 8 days. Finally you get an email to say delivery will be within a 5 day window and you must stay in for this entire period because if you miss it then the item is returned to the pharmacy and you lose your £185!! Their phones are ni longer manned and so all communication is via email which takes several days to respond to. I have since swapped to Ashcroft pharmacy, who process and deliver within 24 hours, quoting a 2 hour window when you need to be available. They answer the phones and care about the customers. I have been discussing the Asda experience with friends and work colleagues and we all have had the same appalling experience of them!
