Review Time
I live in the us. I watched a vet secrets video that suggested a certain product that is not sold in the states, but in Canada. After extensive browsing and reviews, I went with this site. It was only after I placed my order that I ended up seeing the negative reviews on here. I panicked, called my credit card company, and immediately requested a new card. I reached out to this company 2 times requesting info on my order. I then sent an email asking if they were scammers (lol, I know..like why would they answer that even if they were). That same night about 11pm et I received a strange tracking number from them, then the next day from Canada post. Now this has happened to my mother before where she would receive tracking numbers and it would say her order was delivered only to receive nothing, so yes it crossed my mind that this could happen to me too. About day 6, this showed up on my USPS informed delivery for inbound packages. The dates kept changing from the 17th to the 19th. Then it disappeared from informed delivery and I could only track it on a couple global sites, others it didnt exist. Yesterday, September 16th I received an out for delivery and said I needed to sign for it. But the mailman never came to my door, so before panicking lol, I checked my mailbox. My package did indeed arrive. It was what I ordered, it was not expired, and also included my invoice receipt. Overall, I cannot speak for all people and all products that are ordered from here, but for me it was great, minus being able to speak to someone or receiving a response. Shipping was fast, product was good, price was reasonable. I would order from here again if I need to. There are a lot of sites just like this one. It might even be something such as a period in a different spot. So when you write your review, make sure you are writing it for the correct one. I did keep all my packaging and receipt just for reference if interested.
