Order was correct and received on time

Order was correct and received on time, however the issue was with shipping, as I had to go out of my way to receive my order from Canada post with less than 24h notice, as package is NOT SHIPPED to your address and NO options for choosing your postal outlet. After paying a shipping fee with your address listed for delivery, is misleading.

I purchased a Zimmer splint and paid…

I purchased a Zimmer splint and paid the extra to have 24 hour delivery. That was on October 21st, two weeks ago. It still has not arrived. I emailed twice and left two phone messages with no response to either. I have since purchased something else an would like a refund please.
