Some aspects of Pharmacy 2u work really well. But their after-sales is pathetic. On several occasions I have tried to speak to them on their chat system. The bot is completely useless and their human response to a non-delivery of a parcel showed a complete lack of empathy with their customer and the agent just passed the issue on to Royal Mail without showing any concern whatsoever. Completely unacceptable.
To their credit, the company took this totally on the chin. Their agent was not, they say, following procedures and they accept the chat bot needs work. As Chris who called said, they should have put their hands up straight away and not tried just to blame Royal Mail. The parcel is still showing as awaiting collection.
