Ordering quite easy and deliveries via Royal Mail are timely and reliable. However, the reminders of when repeat prescriptions need to be ordered are continuously inaccurate and therefore annoying as it causes confusion and worry! I use my iPhone calendar to provide accurate reminders as the Pharmacy2U app causes these problems!

Pharmacy 2u never let their patients down they are always on the ball, they give you reminders to reorder your prescriptions, it's so easy to order them & they are really quick getting the medications to your front door, everything is so easy & all done from home 😁 a very happy customer

Its about Royal Mail delivery service. I was upstairs by the time I got the delivery person took parcel back.

Usually the driver leaves by the side of the flower pot as it would be safe.

Next issue was we got in touch with Royal Mail to deliver on Saturday and we got proof.

Yet the Royal Mail driver came Next day Thursday and knocked the door i was out i tried to answer through door ring bell but delivery person walked away and dropped parcel Next door which is inconvenient as they are unwell.

I am sure Royal Mail can improve services as it was NO signature required.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

My GP authorised my repeat medication prescription on 25/02/26. I haven't had a notification from this company to comfirm that they've received it as at 02/03/26.
The only means of contacting them that I can find is via chat. Every time I submit my enquiry it says no advisors available. I've tried at all times of day.
No phone number? No email? Worse than useless .
I'm cancelling, finding a new provider and will re order my prescription.

When we first joined this pharmacy delivery service itv was great ...unfortunately now its absolutely changed .
My medication is a week late !...there excuse is that they have moved buildings ?oh so patients have to suffer with delayed delivery because of your moving ?..
I had a telephone appointment set up for an afternoon appointment and sat waiting all afternoon and nobody rang ?
How can this company get away with making people more ill my stress levels have been raised and my blood pressure raised not only have they wasted my time my health has been affected by people who do not care this system does not work they have made a laughing stock out of me by ringing everywhere to try to get my prescription from 8 am this morning until 1pm .I do not !!!! Recommend this company please think very wisely before changing im left in tears and feeling poorly trying to get my tablets I should have received every two weeks

I love this service. I find it extremely convenient and it is very quick and reliable. However, I order eight weeks worth of medication and get a reminder after one week, despite trying to set dates. The lack of human contact makes changing things challenging. But this is a minor grumble compared to everything else!

Pharmacy2U takes care of everything. Before I used them I had to notify the doctors surgery that I needed a repeat prescription. Unfortunately pharmaceutical companies believe that there are only 28 days in a month , therefore doctors also believe the pharmaceutical industry. So this is a patients problem trying to convince doctors that one pack of tablets lasts less of a full month. Fortunately Pharmacy2U will sort this out for you so you never have to argue with your doctors surgery.
