My GP authorised my repeat medication prescription on 25/02/26. I haven't had a notification from this company to comfirm that they've received it as at 02/03/26.
The only means of contacting them that I can find is via chat. Every time I submit my enquiry it says no advisors available. I've tried at all times of day.
No phone number? No email? Worse than useless .
I'm cancelling, finding a new provider and will re order my prescription.
