Ordered a cream and paid for 24hour delivery. Cream was delivered after 3 days!When I requested reimbursement for transportation costs I was denied as despite the fact that I paid for 24 hours delivery “Royal mail cannot guarantee 24hour delivery but will do their best to meet this expectation”!!Ridiculous
