Ordered product from this company. Which i have been a customer of for several years with absolutely no ordering problems. Now i am not sure what has happened to this now shoddy company. First order went through absolutely no problem, item delivered. They then offered a discount so I ordered again applied discount and my order was declined but took my payment. Supposedly refund on way. Re-ordered again order went through payment taken, then email to say it was declined. I am absolutely Furious, Now two payments totalling nearly £300 off my card. Phoned customer services yesterday absolutely furious to register complaint, agent apologised and promised to look into it and get back to me end of business. I am Still waiting... I am now going to advise my bank of fraudulent payments, and report this company to the General Pharmaceutical Council advising them of my distressing treatment to myself, of being unfair, , cancelling orders and taking payments and also the extreme distress i encountered dealing with them. I await further communication from this company today.
Absolutely FURIOUS.
Day 2 dealing with this Company. I phoned again this morning chasing my promised phone call from supervisor that never materlised from Yesterday. Was advised by Sean that I would definitely receive today. So far no call. Just an email saying New Complaint?. Still no refund of £300.00 I am getting frustrated being lied too and this so called company seems to be blasé about resolving my issues. THEY Genuinely don't care and ARE NOTinterested in trying to actually listening to my complaint. I have now passed my concerns about this Company and their practices to The General Pharmaceutical Council. I will update this review as long as this matter continues unresolved and also their ongoing unresponsive manner .

Received the wrong item and no response

I ordered a specific item, but instead got something completely different that doesn't seem to be from an online pharmacy. I reached out to inquire about my order, and was informed that it would be looked into, but I haven't received any updates since! I won't be using this service again.

Received the wrong product but eventually got the right one

I ordered a device and received the incorrect version. After several email exchanges, I finally received the correct item. However, the phone support was unhelpful; it rings for a long time before disconnecting.

Efficient ordering, but communication could be improved.

The ordering process and product availability were quite satisfactory. However, there was minimal communication regarding the status of the order delivery or approval of the items ordered. At one point, I felt uncertain about the transaction. Eventually, it arrived.

I am really disappointed with the service. My order for 2.5mg took a long time to arrive. After being informed about a small gallstone, I received the 2.5mg and it worked well. However, when I placed an order for 5mg, I waited weeks without any update, even though I had already paid. Then I was told my order was not accepted! I'm confused about why my first order went through, and I've reached out for clarification on why I'm still waiting.

Disappointing experience this time

I've usually received prompt service, but this time my order has been processing for three days without any request for additional information. I sent two emails yesterday with no reply, and the call line disconnects after less than five minutes, despite my attempts over the past two days. It's quite frustrating!
