Slow to respond - decided that they needed additional evidence of my prescription but informed me only after a delay and then I had to chase them to confirm what I sent them in response was sufficient. The whole episode has risked leaving me without my essential medication, so I have had to trapse to the NHS GP's dispensary to ensure there was no gap - precisely the thing that I was trying to avoid.
I won't be using them again.
