I think pharmacy planet did extremely well when I ordered Wegovy from them. The price was very competitive and once I'd had a video call with the clinician on 23/02/26 the Wegovy injections arrived within a couple of days. Well done!

Ordered Mounjaro with this company but want to cancel as my GP has advised against it. Have raised several tickets to try to get my money back but have had no reply. Have tried ringing them but just get a recorded message saying they are too busy to answer. They do suggest contacting head office which is what I have now done. Fingers crossed I will get a response.

The website is easy to use, the consult was informative & very approachable but Royal Mail are terrible for delivery! Stated be delivered between 1245 & 445pm took afternoon off work arrived home at 1230 delivery was 1226! I reorganised to have delivered to local post office which maybe I should've done in 1st place

The people at Pharmacy Planet run a well regulated tight controlled service, they do indeed often take their time issuing drugs for safety checks on suitability for the customers, they request proof you do get the ordered items from a regular qualified practitioner. I recently placed a order for diabetic insulin & yes it was bit expensive but worth avoiding Dr waits & I know their products are good quality, my order was delayed & I had to contact them, a reply was received in one hour & although I had sent proof of needing insulin they requested further evidence, I sent immediately & they kindly gave it Priority to dispense & arrives tomorrow.
So in life we get what we pay for, honest caring service.

Bit worried at 1st as didn't have a choice to book date and time for a consultant chat until they emailed me the link.
When I did have it it was shipped the same day. The problem I had was royal mail was delivering it the next afternoon and I wasn't going to be in so I had to arrange for it to be delivered on the Monday this ment it was out of the fridge Friday to Monday. So I'm hoping it's going to be alright. It's only my 2nd day on this one the needle bent over but I think some went in as I had a taste in my mouth for the rest of the day...fingers crossed.

Frustrating Experience with Delivery and Communication

I ordered a weight loss injection around 31st December 2025, and the payment was deducted from my account. I received an email indicating it was on its way, followed by instructions to schedule a consultation with a pharmacist to confirm my eligibility for the prescription. While I understand the need for this step, I was surprised that payment and confirmation were made prior to the consultation. I updated my delivery address online due to a temporary relocation. Three weeks later, on 21st January 2026, I had a WhatsApp consultation, which was easy to arrange. The pharmacist confirmed that the injection would be prescribed and that a signature was needed for this medication, verifying my temporary address during the call. However, the medication was mistakenly delivered to my old address (which is currently unoccupied) and was left outside the front door! When I contacted the head office, I was informed that Royal Mail could not retrieve the parcel, and the pharmacy claimed it was sent to the correct address, despite my address amendment and confirmation with the pharmacist. I have reached out to the pharmacy again to resolve this issue but have yet to receive a response.

Excellent experience with the video consultation for my medication approval.

I had a brief video call prior to getting my weight loss medication approved. The prescriber was very pleasant, provided all the necessary information, and asked relevant health questions. My medication was approved promptly. I would certainly recommend this service. It was quick and straightforward.
