Extremely DISAPPOINTED and DISSATISFIED with Pharma Market customer service and care! I have ordered two pair of air watch pro2 as Christmas presents and have received different some other unknown brand that I wasn’t happy to have! I had to quickly react and get a different present for Christmas! I have been emailing back and forth the minute I have opened the package, since 20th of December 2023 and this issue is still not solved ! Happy to post them back but they keep asking me to send them back on my expense to China as that’s the return policy in order for me to get a refund. My issue here is THIS IS NOT the ITEMS I have purchased and happy to return them back, just I don’t see why I would have to pay for shipping to China (even though this was I believe purchased from France)as this was NOT my FAULT and loose out for THEIR MISTAKE and pay for it it’s UNACCEPTABLE and UNFAIR ! All I wanted from them to take a responsibility for their mistakes and take the products back without me paying for shipping overseas as it’s wasn’t my fault!!And now they don’t even reply to my emails!
