This service is a scam, offering counterfeit trainers made in China that are of very poor quality. I can't believe this company is allowed to operate in the UK. Had I known they were based in China, I wouldn't have wasted my time. I genuinely thought they were located in London, and I'm extremely frustrated.

Is there an option for zero stars? Absolute deceivers. The shoes I ordered are clearly cheap replicas with Chinese writing inside and plastic instead of leather. They claim to be UK-based with Royal Mail delivery in 1-2 days, but mine took 3 weeks. Learn from my mistakes and AVOID!

Awful experience – complete scam! I ordered shoes a month ago and still haven't received them. The company claims delivery was made, but it never happened. I asked for a proof-of-delivery photo, but they couldn't provide it. I'm still waiting for my refund and had to get my credit card company involved for a chargeback. Stay away!
