Terrible experience, completely unreliable as a company, just avoid at all costs. I purchased the bike, but when it was ready for pickup, the insurance company refused to insure it, despite placing the order weeks earlier. Initially, I was told to handle the insurance issue myself, and after persistently explaining that it was their relationship with the insurer, they simply replied, 'sorry, not possible.' I can't return the bike since it was paid for through my previous bike's insurance, and now I'm stuck with a bike and tracker that I can't insure due to exorbitant premiums. The main reason I chose this company was for the insurability they advertised. Now, I can only hope it doesn't get stolen.
