I followed up with more information and requested to bring the bike in for a check-up, but they ignored me! This review primarily reflects my experience with the company's service. I'm quite surprised by their lack of interest in my situation, especially considering one concern relates to my child's safety due to a missing component. My time is valuable, so I will leave it at that for now.
