I deeply regret refinancing my mortgage with this service. They have shown a lack of professionalism and appear to be quite incompetent!
Their website is frustrating and frequently has login problems. The app is even less helpful, serving no real purpose.
I will definitely seek out a different mortgage provider as soon as I have the opportunity to refinance again.
