Initially, I gave a positive review due to their prompt customer support response when requested. However, after purchasing two accounts, everything seemed fine until I received the cash accounts. Suddenly, conditions changed; I faced issues with opening and closing positions, and limits and stops took an excessive amount of time to execute. When I reached out for help, they attributed the problem to the platform, which was odd since I had no issues using it elsewhere. After I raised this concern, they ceased responding to my emails.
