Completely unacceptable experience. I had a prescription for dry eye drops that were supposed to be refilled on 12/19, but they never arrived. After numerous calls and emails, and reaching out to the doctor's office, they finally shipped on 1/5. I requested expedited shipping since I was already out and in discomfort. They were meant to arrive before my business trip, but instead, they sent them via regular mail, taking 7 days to reach me. I went another week without the drops, totaling 3 weeks without them. I asked for another bottle to be sent overnight to my hotel, but it took 2 days to get a response, making it pointless. I requested a refund for the delay and inconvenience. Dealing with discomfort in my eyes for 3 weeks was unbearable. Instead, I was offered a measly discount of $6, which feels like a joke. Why even bother? I will be consulting my doctor to explore a different plan and recommend that they stop using this service. Completely unacceptable!
