The process is simple. My doc emailed the rx to PhilRx, someone touched base with me to set up an account, and I had my rx eyedrops in short order. Everyone i've talked with so far has been friendly and efficient.
It was very seamless working with Phil Rx. They contacted me promptly, and sent my prescription out right away. I have received two prescriptions from them so far without any pictures or delays. They are very good with their notifications, and keeping me up to date with my prescription. I would highly recommend this company.
I have never had any problems with PhilRx. The only issues I had were with USPS. This latest shipment arrived as expected and was put into my post office box. So, things are looking up!
They did an excellent job in getting my hard-to-find medication to me promptly. The customer service was impressive as well. I encountered one problem with my mail forwarding, but they were very helpful even when it was my mistake for not updating my address after moving. Just a reminder to always verify your address ;)
Completely unacceptable experience. I had a prescription for dry eye drops that were supposed to be refilled on 12/19, but they never arrived. After numerous calls and emails, and reaching out to the doctor's office, they finally shipped on 1/5. I requested expedited shipping since I was already out and in discomfort. They were meant to arrive before my business trip, but instead, they sent them via regular mail, taking 7 days to reach me. I went another week without the drops, totaling 3 weeks without them. I asked for another bottle to be sent overnight to my hotel, but it took 2 days to get a response, making it pointless. I requested a refund for the delay and inconvenience. Dealing with discomfort in my eyes for 3 weeks was unbearable. Instead, I was offered a measly discount of $6, which feels like a joke. Why even bother? I will be consulting my doctor to explore a different plan and recommend that they stop using this service. Completely unacceptable!
