Like many others here I ordered the La shirt but also a few other things on the 22nd Feb. I waited patiently for 6 weeks but received nothing, despite many on Twitter talking about how they received in 2-4 weeks. I then sent several emails and Twitter messages over the course of 3 weeks, the first 5 or so unanswered, then one email to say an item had been out of stock and was it ok to send now (?!). I said yes but have still received nothing 3 weeks later. I’ve now requested a refund 3 times but received no reply so have done so via my credit card provider. I cannot tell you how frustrating it has been to be ignored all of this time, especially after being patient and trying to be respectful of a small business struggling with large orders, but then to see new products being launched on Twitter, or new posts about items I had yet to receive...and all the while no communication from the store, no rough estimate on delivery times, no apologies, just silence. Do not take peoples money if you are not able to fulfil their orders. Worst of all, to see messages from the store on Twitter basically telling people they are rude for wanting to know where their order is because its a charity item...that’s the reason we ordered it in the first place, it’s an admirable thing to have done, but we are not bad people for wanting to know if an item is ever going to be delivered 2 months after it was bought.
