I've made several purchases from this service without any problems, but my order from last year never showed up. There were no updates or communication. I'm really disappointed since I've always praised this business, but it looks like I'm not alone in my dissatisfaction. This service needs serious improvement.
I ordered two t-shirts on April 18, 2025, through the website and paid. As of June 6, they still haven't arrived. I’ve received no communication from the seller and no responses to my inquiries via email. There's no information available on social media or the website, which suggests the store might not be operating. If it's not, it's misleading to allow orders and take customers' money without the intention to fulfill them. I've initiated a chargeback to recover my funds. I wanted to support a queer artist, but this experience has been very disappointing.

I should have looked at the reviews before ordering two T-shirts that never arrived. It’s been about six weeks now. I’ve tried contacting via email, which seems to be the only option, but have received no replies. I’ve opened disputes with my card company. I’m shocked that someone I thought was reputable is seemingly just taking people's money, based on my experience and others'. Avoid ordering from this seller.
If possible, I would give zero stars! I placed an order in May, money was taken, and then nothing happened. No replies or updates. This seller appears to be stealing people's money without any intention of fulfilling orders. AVOID THIS SITE!! It tarnishes the reputation of small businesses.
I ordered clothing items back in March and paid £107.16, which was deducted from my account. I received a confirmation email stating my order was placed, but after multiple inquiries, I received no response. After waiting about 4.5 months, I contacted my bank, but they couldn't help since I raised the issue outside their 120-day dispute window. I’m really let down, especially since my previous order arrived on time. I've reached out to the relevant authorities.
After five weeks of trying to reach out via email, phone (with no answer), and social media, I've received no response. They take your money and do not deliver. Avoid this scam. Update: After six weeks, I had to get a refund through my credit card.
