I had expected this airline to be a top choice, but it seems to be deteriorating. After a smooth start, we faced issues at immigration where e-boarding passes were not accepted, causing panic. The customer service was unhelpful, and we wasted time trying to get assistance. Although we made our flight, it was delayed. My main concern is why we were not given physical boarding passes earlier. Communication and assistance were severely lacking, and the aircraft looked outdated compared to competitors.
