in march 2023 i decided to cancel a flight and i started the procedure with whatapp to request a ticket refund. During the conversation I was told that the penalty was 2000 peso per ticket and that they would refund me after 2/3 billing cycles (about 3 months). In June 2023 I asked, given that 3 months had passed, when they would reimburse me, to my great surprise I discover that nothing had been done and a few days after the request I received an email in which I was informed that the penalty was not 2,000 per ticket but equal to 4,000 pesos per ticket. I sent a protest email (attaching a copy of the whatsapp conversation) to the president, commercial director and customer service of the company without any response. Airline to avoid.
