Multiple changes to my flight ended in making the layover 24 hours and refusing to provide accomodations and refusing to provide compensation. When I talked to the chat customer service, one of the agents ended the chat suddenly without my approval or consent and the other refused to help me. Avoid this company and do not book with them at all even if the tickets are for free. They keep on lying and don't provide any assistance.
