What exacerbated the situation was their refusal to refund the money.Throughout this entire ordeal, their communication was severely lacking, and there was a notable lack of transparency regarding their policies and procedures. It felt as if my concerns were being sidelined and not addressed with the gravity they warranted.In conclusion, my encounter with the airline was less than satisfactory.
