They canceled my flight and refunded only a part of the ticket price. After complaining to CAB, the airline regulator in the Philippines, they committed to refunding the remaining amount. That was 1 year ago and all communication since is pointless and lies. They keep telling me they will "escalate" and refer to the "concerned department", but nothing ever happens. A bunch of thieves, despite the owner being one of the richest people in the Philippines.
