Staff lied to us multiple times about the availability of business class upgrade seating. Once we finally managed to pay for the upgrade - they printed the wrong boarding pass leaving us scrambling to sort it out at the gate. No apologies and no accountability whatsoever. When I asked staff for a manager to provide feedback to they waived me off and told me to do it online.
