I purchased a shaver on 22nd December 2025, and it only arrived today, 23rd January 2026. The wait was excessively long, and I had to contact customer service multiple times to find out where my shaver was. They were quick to process the payment, but the delivery was painfully slow—so slow that a snail would have been faster. I informed them that if it didn't arrive by 23rd January, I would seek a full refund. I've ordered items from other platforms that arrived much quicker in December 2025. Now that I finally have it, the product meets expectations, but the delivery process was unacceptable. The wait was far too prolonged.
