End of November, I ordered two devices at a promotional discount. One was for Christmas, with a few days for delivery promised. Days passed without updates, and I hoped everything was fine. A week before Christmas, I called customer support and found out my address couldn’t be located, causing my order to return to the warehouse without notice. I accepted the late delivery and asked for a resend, as I had no previous issues with my address. A week later, I got a letter saying my order was cancelled automatically and couldn’t be resent. I received a partial refund but was advised to reorder at a price 50 Euros higher. I reached out to customer support to buy at the original price but got no reply. This is not satisfactory service.
