At the end of November, I purchased two devices on promotion, one as a Christmas gift, promised to arrive in a few working days. After several days without updates, I assumed everything was fine. A week before Christmas, I contacted customer support and learned my address couldn’t be found, leading to my order being returned without notice. I accepted the late delivery and requested a resend since I had no previous issues. A week later, I received a cancellation notice and a refund suggestion, but the items now cost about 50 Euros more. I reached out to customer support for the original price but received no reply. This experience has been far from satisfactory.
I bought my hairdryer in 1994 for my son to use at college (it only worked when held, perfect for a student!). Since 2008, after my own broke, I've been using it about three times a week, including this morning. It might be getting tired now, as it sometimes slows down. Well done!

I have a compact iron that has stopped working properly for the third time in three years. Now I’m told that since it’s past the six-month warranty, I need to pay for a repair. I’m extremely frustrated and will not buy from this brand again. It’s unacceptable for an iron to malfunction three times in such a short period.
The LED technology is outstanding. The quality and innovation of their products are impressive — the light feels natural and vibrant for both home and professional use. It’s surprising that the Ultra Definition bulbs, which offer exceptional color accuracy, aren’t available in Europe. These bulbs have little competition, and it would be fantastic to have them for customers who value high-quality lighting. Many would appreciate this level of quality, potentially strengthening the brand's position in premium LED lighting.
I am appalled by how this company treats its customers. I ordered two high-end toothbrush sets and returned them within the legal period, receiving email confirmation of the returns. However, I was only refunded a small amount, with over €400 still missing. My inquiries were ignored or met with generic responses. It feels like once they have your money, they stop caring. This behavior is unprofessional and suggests deliberate delay tactics. I strongly advise against ordering from their online store and am considering legal action.
Avoid buying from this brand. I purchased an expensive steam iron with the 'easy de-calc' technology, which is anything but easy. You must turn the iron off and wait for it to cool completely to do the de-calc process, which is impractical. My iron kept flashing to indicate it needed de-calc, making it unusable. After sending it for repair, the same issue persisted. Their response was to send it back again for repair, which is incredibly frustrating. The iron is still under warranty, and I’m now looking for a better option elsewhere.
Stay away from sonic care products, especially those with vibration monitoring technology, which seem to be gimmicks linked to design flaws. My product broke after two months, and the warranty replacement also failed after two months. Since February, I’ve had no support, and there’s no customer service number to call. I filed a complaint with my credit card company, but they contested it. I switched to a different brand for a fraction of the price and am much happier. I wish I could rate them lower.
