Stay away from sonic care products, especially those with vibration monitoring technology, which seem to be gimmicks linked to design flaws. My product broke after two months, and the warranty replacement also failed after two months. Since February, I’ve had no support, and there’s no customer service number to call. I filed a complaint with my credit card company, but they contested it. I switched to a different brand for a fraction of the price and am much happier. I wish I could rate them lower.
