This has been an extremely frustrating online shopping experience. I placed my order on December 1, and the first package arrived with a broken bottle—clear evidence of poor packaging and a total lack of quality control. The replacement didn't arrive until December 22, almost a full month later. What’s even more frustrating is how the customer service handled the situation. They refused to accept responsibility for either the damage or the delay, instead trying to shift the blame onto a third-party delivery service. That is not my issue. I paid the company, not the courier. Any shipping or delivery issues should fall on the seller—no excuses. For a brand that markets itself as “premium,” this level of service is unacceptable. Slow resolution, zero accountability, and a clear disregard for customers. The company does not stand behind its products or its service. I had to select one star only because the review platform does not allow submissions without a rating—please disregard it. This company does not deserve any rating at all. I will never order from this company again and strongly advise others to avoid them.
