Extremely disappointing online shopping experience

This was an incredibly disappointing online shopping experience. I placed my order on December 1, and the first package arrived with a broken bottle—clearly showing poor packaging and a total lack of quality control. The replacement didn’t arrive until December 22, almost a month later. What’s even more frustrating is how customer service addressed the situation. They refused to take responsibility for the damage or the delay, instead trying to blame a third-party delivery service. That is not my issue. I paid the company, not the courier. Any shipping or delivery problems should be the responsibility of the seller—no excuses. For a brand that promotes itself as “premium,” this level of service is unacceptable. Slow resolution, no accountability, and a blatant disregard for customers. The company does not support its products or its service. I had to select one star only because the review platform does not allow submissions without a rating—please ignore it. This company does not deserve any rating at all. I will never order from this company again and strongly advise others to steer clear.

Disappointing fragrance experience

I tried one of their newest scents, and it was quite disappointing. The smell was off-putting, reminiscent of an elderly person wearing too many perfumes, mixed with an unpleasant hint. It did not match the description at all. I wanted to exchange or return it, but they charge a fee for that on a $25 product.

Quickly fading scents that require constant reapplication

The scents offered are of low quality, lasting only about 30 minutes on the skin. Many reviews mention that the fragrances fade quickly after application, necessitating frequent reapplications. This is also true for their scented deodorants. It's a complete rip-off.

Lackluster fragrances and poor customer service

Their fragrances are mostly bland, with perhaps one exception. The scents last only a short time on the skin. The vanilla scent lacks any vanilla aroma, and their products are overhyped. The customer service is even worse than the product longevity. They are quite rude and disrespectful.

Disappointing service experience

I placed an order on August 3 and kept checking the tracking. On August 19, I inquired about the status, as the tracking just showed 'in transit.' I was told it was on the way, but after multiple requests for a refund since then, I have received no response. It supposedly delivered on August 27, but nothing arrived. I have escalated this with my bank.

Poor communication and service

I ordered a product on August 1 and emailed for updates on August 17 with no reply. I followed up again on August 21, still no response.
