I purchased Missing Person, and when i got home after it was delivered (about 3 hours); my package wasn’t there!! This doesn’t happen in my neighborhood… but I went and double checked with my neighbors because 2 packages were missing! I finally contacted Phlur and the other company (Diptyque) and explained the situation. Phlur was on top of it and quickly sent me a replacement! I’m still dealing with the other company…. So happy that they took care of their customer with quick and efficient service! I will definitely recommend them more in the future for this reason alone. I do love the scent too!!! Thank you so much!!!
