0 stars if possible. I ordered their Missing Person travel size perfume. Smelled like an old lady, not a problem. I read their return policy which said they do not offer refunds for sample sets, full-sized perfume, or body care. I emailed them because their return policy said to for returns. They said they could not provide me with a return label because they don't offer refunds on sample sets, full-sized fragrances, or body care. I told them I understood that, but my fragrance was not part of a sample set nor was it a full-sized perfume. They emailed me back saying they would make an exception for me and that per their return policy, they would not cover the cost of returning.I checked their return policy once more, and they updated their return policy to say they would not accept returns for travel-sized fragrances! Nowhere in the policy did it state that they would not cover the cost of returns when I initially emailed them, but they added that little blurb after they emailed me back.Very sketchy and untrustworthy company. 10/10 would not recommend. They're probably going to continue changing their policies after every time someone emails them with an issue so it's not worth the trouble. Will be selling the perfume that I purchased at face value instead of returning to this company.
